Scope of Application

Used for shrink packing the beverage, beer, mineral water, pop-top cans and glass bottles with or without a tray.

Technical features

SX-7030AH+SXS-6040 Auto Sleeve Wrapper designed for packing bottles with or without a tray, the sealing machine can connect the production line and with its auto feeding, film wrapping, sealing & cutting, shrinking and cooling, not need an operator. There are different packing modes: 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 20 or 24 bottles each pack.
SX-7030AHD+SXS-6040D is on the base of SX-7030AH+SXS-6040, adopts a double cylinder pushes, and double the capacity as well.

Basic parts

※ SX-7030AH adopts imported advanced technology and artwork, ensures the machine's stability and reliability;
※ Adopts Mitsubishi PLC , realized the integrated with the machine, electricity and air;
※ The machine can pack 2, 3 or 4 rows of bottles with or without a tray, just turn the switchover switch on the panel when change the packing mode;
※ Adopts the worm gear reducer, ensures the stable conveying and film feeding.
※ Adopts specially designed sealing cutter LFPOM durable conveying belt, results in perfect sealing line, avoid the film sticking the cutter;
※ Choose a vibrant feeding device according to different bottles;
※ Module type design, change a related S/S module panel when pack different bottles;
※ The conveying belt can be set on the left or right side according to the customer's needs;
※ SXS-6040  adopts double imported blowing motors assure the hot air inside the tunnel even, and shrink effect is more compact;
※ The adjustable hot air guide flow frame inside the tunnel makes more energy saving;
※ Used solid steel roller coved silicone gel pipe, chain conveying, and durable silicone gel;
※ The cooling system with large wind blowing ensures the quick cooling and forming after shrinking;
※ Can connect a aluminum roller table with the shrink tunnel for loading the products after shrinking.
